Contact, corrections and removal

Write to [email protected]. We read every message and usually reply within a few working days.

Correcting or removing a company page

Please give the address of the page and tell us what is wrong — a wrong council area, a misread court, a firm attributed to the wrong case, or a company that has since had its petition dismissed or been restored. If our page differs from the Gazette notice we correct it. If the Gazette notice itself is wrong, the person who placed it (normally the liquidator, administrator or the solicitors for the petitioner) has to publish a correction, and we follow once it appears.

Requests about individuals

If you believe a page reveals information about you as a private person, tell us and we will review it quickly; you also have the rights described in the privacy notice, including the right to complain to the ICO or the AEPD.

Press and data questions

Questions about the methodology — how notices are grouped, how courts and firms are identified — are welcome at the same address.
